Alvin H Butz, Inc. has been headquartered in Allentown since 2006 when we moved our offices from South Whitehall to the struggling downtown with hopes of encouraging additional developers to do the same. In 2013 we expanded the original Butz Corporate Center and have successfully leased 95% of the building with only retail space available on the first floor. As a result of the demand for Class A space and the tremendous revitalization the downtown is experiencing we have completed construction of 842 which includes 55,000 square feet of Class-A office space on seven floors. We think that the most important attribute of a design is that it meets the functional needs of its users.  We work with each client to understand their requirements and to develop a design solution that will not only function well but will express the qualities that make that client unique.  We coordinate with the client, our consultants, and the builder to make the design and construction procedure run as smoothly as possible.  We are passionate about architectural design and enjoy the process of analyzing problems, developing ideas, and transforming those ideas into successful solutions.
