Butz Corporate Center Phase 3 is proposed to include a 10-story mixed-use building, 4 levels of office space (approx. 40,000 Sq.Ft.) and 3 levels of apartments/condominiums on the upper floors. Alvin H. Butz, Inc. will construct the Phase 3, and Roberson Butz Architects will design it.
